What this site does and does not collect.
CodePerks Canada is a static informational website. It does not offer user accounts, comments, or an on-site checkout. Phone plan checker results are calculated in your browser. If the deal-alert waitlist is connected and you submit its separate form, the information described below is sent to the configured form service.
Static site and hosting
Pages are generated as static files and served through the site's hosting and delivery infrastructure. The site itself does not maintain a visitor database. As with most websites, the hosting or network provider may process basic request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time.
Referral links and QR codes
Some links are referral links. Selecting one sends you to the relevant company's website or app, where that company may recognize the referral and apply its own cookies, tracking, privacy practices, eligibility rules, and terms.
QR codes shown on referral pages encode the same referral destination as the nearby link. Scanning a QR code opens that external destination on your device; CodePerks Canada does not use the QR image itself to collect personal information.
Official external links
Links marked as official website or official terms lead to third-party sites. Once you leave CodePerks Canada, the destination company's privacy policy and terms apply. Review those sources before creating an account, submitting information, or completing a transaction.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled through the Cloudflare dashboard. It is used to understand basic site usage and performance, such as page visits and general traffic trends. CodePerks Canada does not use this analytics service to provide user accounts or build individual visitor profiles. Cloudflare processes analytics information under its own privacy practices.
Phone plan deal-alert waitlist
The waitlist form may collect your email address, province or territory, current provider, target monthly price, target data amount, language, source page, and submission time. It may also store a consent record containing your consent choice, the consent wording shown, consent language, and consent timestamp. This information is used to manage possible phone plan deal alerts, document signup consent, understand what visitors are looking for, and improve the site.
Submissions are sent to the form endpoint configured by the site operator and may be stored or processed by that form service. The form clearly reports when no endpoint is connected and does not claim a signup succeeded unless the configured endpoint accepts the submission.

This page describes the site's current implementation and may be revised when its hosting, analytics, or interactive features change. It is an operational explanation, not a claim of legal compliance.
